(I-87) NYS Thruway North, stay on (I-87) thruway to EXIT 16 - Route 17/Harriman North. Take Route 17 West to exit 94 (17 Binghamton) – make a left onto Route 206 North/West (Roscoe, Walton) (Downsville, Oneonta).
Take Route 206 for 11 miles (at fork make a left to stay on 206/30 for another 3 miles, make a right onto Route 26 (sign on right says Delhi 18).
Take Route 26 for 7.6 miles (at stop sign make a right to stay on Route 26 for .6 miles) to Route 10, make a right. Take Route 10 8.5 miles to Delhi. Proceed 1 mile to traffic light, Frank Lumia Real Estate Plus! is on your left at intersection of Main Street and Route 28. |
Exit Route 17 at Roscoe to Rockland Road (also called Sullivan Cty Route 91) north which becomes Del. Cty Route 7. Take Route 7 to Route 30, make a right on Route 30 (east), cross Downsville bridge, continue east on Route 30, bear right at fork (Dunraven) and continue on Route 30/28 to Margaretville. |
